By bringing together employers, educators, training providers and regional networks, the platform helps create clearer and more inclusive pathways into digital roles - from work experience and apprenticeships to entry level and full time careers. It reflects the South West's diverse and innovative tech landscape, where many businesses are small, fast growing and highly specialised.
